These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by VANTA SG – Elite Detailing (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking, scheduling, or receiving services, you (“the Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

These policies exist to protect both the Client and our business and to clearly define the scope and limitations of our services.


1. Booking, Deposits, Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • A non-refundable booking deposit may be required to secure an appointment.
  • Deposits are credited toward the final service total.
  • Deposits transfer one time to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is provided.
  • Failure to appear, late cancellations, or repeated reschedules may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  • We reserve the right to require full prepayment from clients with a history of cancellations or missed appointments.
  • Appointments may be adjusted or rescheduled by VANTA SG – Elite Detailing due to weather, equipment issues, staff availability, or safety concerns without penalty.

2. Vehicle Readiness & Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is:

  • Accessible at the scheduled time
  • Free of excessive personal belongings
  • Ready for service upon arrival

If our team is required to wait more than 10 minutes for access or vehicle preparation, a convenience or time-loss fee may apply.

If access cannot be provided within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to charge a missed time-slot fee and leave the location.


3. Personal Property & Safety

  • Remove all personal items, valuables, and sensitive materials before service.
  • We do not move or handle personal belongings for liability reasons.
  • Compartments containing personal property (glove box, center console, storage areas) will not be cleaned unless cleared beforehand.
  • Car seats and booster seats must be removed prior to arrival. For safety reasons, we do not uninstall or reinstall child seating systems.

4. Vehicle Condition, Estimates & Additional Charges

  • All pricing is based on vehicle size, condition, and disclosed information.
  • Clients must disclose excessive conditions such as pet hair, heavy staining, sand, bodily fluids, mold, odors, or hazardous materials before booking.
  • Vehicles may be re-quoted after in-person inspection if undisclosed conditions are present.
  • Additional fees may apply for:
    • Pet hair or sand removal
    • Heavy staining or odors
    • Mold, mildew, or biological contaminants
    • Excessive soil or hazardous conditions

Estimates are good-faith approximations and may change based on actual condition.


5. Service Limitations & Expectations

  • Complete removal of stains, odors, pet hair, sand, or contamination is not guaranteed.
  • Some stains, smells, or damage may be permanent.
  • Odors often require ozone or specialty treatment and may need referral to a specialist.
  • Headliners are cleaned gently; aggressive cleaning may cause damage and will not be performed.
  • Interior components heavily worn or deteriorated may lose markings during cleaning; we are not responsible for such outcomes.
  • Brake dust, etched paint, sap, bird droppings, and chemical damage may be irreversible.
  • Exterior trim restoration is not guaranteed and replacement may be required.
  • Wax, sealants, and coatings require proper maintenance to perform as intended.

6. On-Site Service Rules & Client Safety

  • Full payment is due upon completion of service.
  • Clients must maintain a safe distance (10–15 feet) from the work area.
  • VANTA SG – Elite Detailing is not responsible for injuries caused by failure to follow safety guidance.
  • If undisclosed hazardous materials are discovered, we reserve the right to stop work and require partial or full payment.

7. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made on the day services are completed.
  • Failure to pay voids any service guarantees or discounts.
  • Unpaid balances may be subject to collection costs, legal fees, and interest as allowed by Florida law.
  • Vehicles or property will not be released until payment is complete.

8. Service Guarantee

If there is clear evidence that a service was not performed as agreed:

  • We may redo or refund the affected portion at our discretion.
  • Issues must be reported at post-inspection or within 24 hours of service completion.
  • No refunds or redos will be provided after unauthorized third-party work.
  • Refusal of a redo appointment limits any refund to a maximum of 20% of the service value.
  • Only services explicitly ordered and approved are covered under this guarantee.

9. Media (Photo & Video) Usage

By booking services, you grant VANTA SG – Elite Detailing permission to capture and use photos or videos of your vehicle for:

  • Marketing
  • Advertising
  • Social media
  • Training purposes

We do not disclose client names, addresses, or license plates without permission.

Clients may opt out of media usage by providing written notice prior to service.


10. Liability Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by events beyond our control, including theft, fire, accidents, or environmental conditions.
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear.
  • Consequential or indirect damages are expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent allowed by law.

11. Disputes, Legal Fees & Governing Law

  • Any disputes must be submitted in writing within three (3) days of invoice date.
  • Florida law governs these Terms.
  • Clients are responsible for reasonable legal and collection costs for unpaid balances.

12. Changes & Corrections

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct errors, pricing, descriptions, or omissions
  • Update these Terms at any time without prior notice

13. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or receiving services from GEB SOLUTION LLC DBA (Doing Business as) VANTA SG – Elite Detailing, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms
  • You agree to them in full
  • You accept the services as complete upon delivery
